Mark Queen is the founder of Skai Vision.

Mark has a long history in automotive and was instrumental in building ELead, the leading CRM company in automotive retail, resulting in one of the largest exits in the industry.

His focus on improving dealership operations began more than 25 years ago with Reynolds & Reynolds. He left the space to help establish IDS as the leading market share DMS for Marine and RV dealers.

Following the sale of IDS, Mark was hired to build a CRM system for the cookie company, Fresh Beginnings.  He named the system Elead and started many ancillary product sets, such as Phone Skills, Desking and Service, in addition to running sales, training and other departments at various points in his tenure as Partner.  Following the sale of Elead, Mark served as VP at CDK Global before leaving to pursue a goal of bringing a new technology classification into Automotive.

His passion for artificial intelligence (AI) led to the founding of Skai Automotive Solutions in 2021. Skai’s software uses AI to transform video data into actionable items.
