William “Willie” Beck brings over 30 years of experience in dealership financing to Bel Air. Beck’s proficiency covers real estate, operations, accounting, finance, and acquisitions & divestitures. He is responsible for providing strategic advice in these areas to Bel Air’s clients.

Before joining Bel Air, Beck occupied a senior position and was a board member with Capital Automotive REIT. As SVP & Director of Acquisitions, he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s investment activities in the US and Canada. He participated directly or indirectly in over $2 billion of real estate investments. In addition, he was a founding team member of Capital Automotive Financial. This automotive dealership equity capital provider is a joint venture between Capital Automotive and Sightway Capital, the private investment division of Two Sigma Investments.

Before joining Capital Automotive, Beck worked at Ford Motor Credit Company for over 15 years, most recently as Director of Field Operations for Primus Financial Services, where he was responsible for managing eight branch offices throughout the mid & southwest US.

Previously, he was a National Account Manager, responsible for managing the overall relationship between Ford Credit and Sonic Automotive, The Hendrick Group, and Capital Automotive REIT. He was also responsible for generating wholesale and loan relationships with other “Top 150” dealer groups and advising branch and regional offices on complex commercial loan structures.
