Jennifer “Jenn” Reid is a Managing Director in JPMorganChase’s Private Label Captive Finance business, where she leads the EV Portfolio and builds tech-forward finance partnerships, including Rivian Financial Services and Tesla Finance. With 25 years across the automotive ecosystem—frontline retail operations, OEM/captive finance, credit and digital lending, data/analytics, compliance, and technology platforms—Jenn focuses on translating complex financing and operational workflows into scalable, customer-friendly digital experiences for a rapidly evolving mobility market.

Jenn began her career on the dealership retail side—across both family-owned stores and dealer groups—grounding her approach in real-world retail operations, F&I workflows, and customer experience.

Previously, Jenn led Wolters Kluwer’s Specialty Motor Vehicle business as Head of Sales, accelerating adoption of digital e-contracting, compliance, and title/registration solutions. Earlier, at Equifax, she helped launch and scale the automotive division, driving growth through data-driven product strategy, strategic alliances, and go-to-market leadership. Jenn began her JPMorganChase career in 2007 as a founding team member of Mazda Capital Services.

A graduate of Northwood University’s Automotive program, Jenn has been recognized as an Automotive News Rising Star, Top Women in Automotive Retail, Top Women in Auto Finance, and an Automotive News Top 40 Under 40. She has been an active supporter of the automotive tech community throughout her career, with involvement in industry associations including AFSA, NADA, and NIADA, and as a current Council member of the World EV Forum. Based in Atlanta, she also serves on regional boards and supports community and technology startup initiatives.
