Joe Shaker has spent virtually all his adult life in the automotive business after becoming a dealer/principal at just 24 years old. Since then, he has expanded the Shaker Auto Group to seven thriving locations across New England. Recognizing his business and community leadership, he was honored with the 2022 Massachusetts Dealer of the Year Award and nominated for Time Magazine’s National Dealer of the Year.

Joe has served on multiple OEM advisory boards throughout his career, including Ford Motor Credit Company and Mazda North American Operations. He also founded CarDay Inc., an internet-based used vehicle exchange company.

Looking to protect and improve the dealer/customer relationship, Joe used the depth of his knowledge and experience to co-found TruVideo, an AI-powered video and messaging communication platform that has transformed customer experiences by revolutionizing the way auto dealerships communicate with their customers.
