Kasi Edwards is Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development and a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

She is involved in our company’s business development efforts overseeing mergers and acquisitions, responsible for bringing new companies to Reynolds and integrating them into our organization. She also oversees the business operations of our company’s allied markets. During her over 25-year career with Reynolds, she’s built an accomplished background and delivered results in sales, marketing, operations, and product management.

In 2007, she moved into Sales where she consistently achieved top sales results. She was named Director of Marketing in 2011, Vice President of Marketing in 2014, and Senior Vice President in 2021. She was responsible for all marketing efforts including branding, advertising, communications, market research, and delivery of dealership marketing services. Kasi was named to her current position in 2024.

Kasi holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee and an MBA in Management from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

Prior to her career with Reynolds, Edwards worked in strategic planning and new business development in the healthcare field in Dayton.
