Kristina Bolte is an executive leader in the financial services industry, with expertise in automotive finance, risk management, and digital transformation. As Senior Vice President and National Product & Strategy Executive for Dealer Services at U.S. Bank, she oversees strategy and product development across auto, marine, and RV lending. Her responsibilities include market intelligence, pricing, and comprehensive change management functions—spanning project management, reporting, configuration, and governance controls. She also leads the direct-to-consumer product portfolio, including oversight of the National Vehicle Concierge team.

Kristina began her career in digital marketing and network television broadcast promotions and sales before transitioning into financial services. Kristina joined U.S. Bank in 2011, where she initially supported the Student Lending division as a User Experience Strategist, before later advancing into the broader direct-to-consumer lending organization where she built and led risk management programs, including audit and issue management processes, quality control, and business control frameworks.

A recognized thought leader and advocate for industry advancement, Kristina is active in a number of industry committees and forums. She is a graduate of the Consumer Banking Association Executive Banking School and ABA Compliance School.
