Kyle Birch is GM Financial’s President of North America Operations. He leads a talented organization of more than 5,000 team members to create remarkable customer experiences, drive creativity and innovation, support the GM dealer network, and achieve enterprise success.

Kyle has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was previously GM Financial’s Chief Operating Officer for North America and held executive leadership positions in the company’s Dealer Services group from 1999 to 2013.

He joined the company in 1997 as part of the Strategic Alliances group, where he established its first National Credit Center and helped build the company’s dealer group and bank alliance relationships. Prior to joining the company, he took on several roles within the FDIC.
