Before launching Lioncrest, Leib was a Partner at Grayhawk Capital, where he spent seven years investing in early-stage enterprise technology companies, and served as CEO of the Arizona Israel Technology Alliance, strengthening cross-border innovation ties.

Leib is the former Chair and a current board member of the Rocky Mountain Venture Capital Association. He has been honored on the Business Journals’ national list of Influential Young Executives and received the “40 Under 40” award from the Phoenix Business Journal, reflecting his impact on the venture and innovation ecosystems.
