2005 Launched Freedom Wheels used car business, subsidiary of VFC, generating over $10M

Co-authored Effective Social Enterprise: Practical Advice and Best Practices from Leaders in the Field.

2015 Opened the Full Circle Auto Repair and Training Center training formerly incarcerated to be auto techs. Placed over 250 grads in high paying career leading jobs with less than a 3% recidivism rate. Today – 3 locations training over 100 individuals/yr.

Developed VFC-VR (2023) virtual reality auto tech training. The National Auto Dealers Assoc. called VFC “the most innovative auto tech training program in America”. Now servicing 7 states in prisons, jails, juvenile justice and workforce development programs, high schools and community colleges.
